Menopause Fitness Groups

    Is your hair dull and thinning? Your clothes not fitting right? Is your energy so low  that you feel like crawling on the floor for daily naps? Going through menopause and need help regaining your physical health and emotional happiness? You are not alone… Let us help you!

    We have Menopause Fitness groups, running six (6) weeks each session, limited to ten (10) participants.

    You will have very specific and accurate plans developed just for you, to regain your entire well-being.

    Our programs are beautifully balanced with fitness, nutrition and education. Your journey will be guided by fitness professional of over 30 years, Melanie Edwards. Whether you are participating virtually or in-person, you’ll have weekly workouts, nutrition plans, live interviews with and the support of both HRT and holistic practicing physicians.

    There will be meetings each week for workouts and support. If participating remotely, video coaching will be provided. You will have 24/7 access to training, advice and one-on-one coaching. Guidance, instruction, support and accountability are included in this all-encompassing six week program.

    Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis!

    These are introductory groups being offered at an extremely discounted rate of $400 for a six week program (total program value $1,200+).
